At MoonSabbath, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Every wooden needle gauge is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. If you are not fully satisfied—whether due to a defect, a change of mind, or any other reason—you have the right to return or exchange your item in accordance with our fair and transparent policy below.

2. What Items Are Eligible for Return or Exchange?

Eligibility

All wooden needle gauges and related wooden crafting accessories may be returned or exchanged if they are in new, unused, and undamaged condition.

Returns and exchanges are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

All original packaging and included accessories must be returned with the item.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered to request a return or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Your order number
The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
A brief explanation (if applicable), such as damaged, incorrect item, measurement issue, or simply no longer needed.

Step 2 – Receive Return Instructions

We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost.

Step 3 – Pack & Return

Carefully pack the wooden needle gauge in its original packaging whenever possible.

Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at the designated carrier.

4. Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within the same 30-day return period.

Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be in new, unused condition.

We cover both the return shipping and the shipping cost of your replacement item.

5. Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

Unused
Undamaged
Free from scratches, cracks, or modifications
Returned with the original packaging and included accessories

Items showing signs of misuse or damage after delivery may not qualify for a refund or exchange unless the issue resulted from a manufacturing defect.

6. If Your Item Is Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

If your wooden needle gauge arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you may choose:

A full refund, or
A free replacement.

We will cover all shipping costs for these cases.

7. Free Returns & No Fees

Return shipping is always FREE.

A prepaid, trackable return label will be provided by email.

There are no restocking fees or hidden charges.

8. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.

You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Unless specifically marked as Final Sale on the product page, all wooden needle gauges and related products are eligible for return or exchange under the conditions outlined above.
